Order Lookup

If you placed your order directly on our website here (and you received a Shopify order number) , then you should be able to use the above tool to get a status on your order that will tell you if it shipped or not.  You will receive your tracking info directly from Fedex (for Ground shipments) and you'll receive tracking info for USPS shipments from us here at Ss via email. If you placed your order manually with us via a Paypal invoice that we sent you, then you won't find your order on the above lookup tool and instead you'll need to contact us here at support@ssbrewtech.com and we'll get back to you within 1 business day from the receipt of your order status inquiry.Please also note that sometimes we will print labels before your freight is ready to ship and when we do that it may show as "fulfilled" in your order lookup query when in fact your product is still sitting here.  No matter what, when it goes out our back door you will get an email from either us or Fedex.
