Brewers,
Due to Black Friday and other seasonal volume, we are currently experiencing a significant shipping delay. The reason for this is that we’re having trouble getting consistent pick-ups from our shipping partner (UPS). We know this is frustrating and we’re working hard to fix the issue. In the meantime, we believe that open communication is key, so we’ve created this page where we will provide routine updates and also put together a few frequently asked questions and answers to help explain what’s going on.
Dec: 19th: At this point, we should have every order out the door and heading on it's way!
Dec 18: Empty truck arrived this morning and we were able to get a lot of orders out! We expect one more truck load and we should be mostly caught up.
UPDATE: A second truck arrived this afternoon and we should be caught up on orders during our Black Friday Sale. Orders placed after the sale may still be delayed but we should be catching up on those soon.
Dec 17: Partially filled truck arrived this afternoon. Filled it up with outgoing pallets. Expecting another truck later today or tomorrow.
Dec 13: Truck arrived at warehouse. Loaded 14 pallets of outgoing gear.
Dec 10: Truck arrived but was already partially filled. Still were able to load several pallets of gear and get them out of the warehouse.
Dec 5: Truck arrived at warehouse, loaded as many larger item orders as we could, prioritizing oldest orders.
I received a shipping notification with a tracking number but UPS says they do not have possession of the package yet. Where is my order?
Your order is currently sitting in our warehouse with your name and a shipping label on it. It is waiting for a UPS truck to arrive so our warehouse team can load it on the truck and get it heading your way.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Unfortunately, at this time, we don't have a specific date but we are working to make it as soon as possible. When we do receive a truck, we are prioritizing the oldest orders to make sure those who have been waiting the longest get their order sooner.
I have received some items from my order but not my larger item? Why is that?
We do have our regular driver coming by but their truck is often already mostly filled from pick-ups at other warehouses in our area and they do not have room for larger items. To help keep things moving along, we do try to load smaller packages like accessories and components into any available space and get them on their way.
What other options are there? Can you switch to a different shipper, offer customer pick-up, or just drop the orders off at UPS yourself?
We have been seriously considering as many options as we can. Unfortunately it seems like the fastest and best approach is to continue to work with UPS to get some more trucks to our warehouse. We have been in constant contact with our local UPS hub and have even opened up channels with a corporate contact so are hoping to get this resolved soon.
