We've known Vinnie for many years, and when he asked us to design a 5 bbl pilot brewhouse for his new brewery in Windsor, CA, we jumped at the opportunity. Vinnie uses his new 5 bbl brewhouse with a collection of Ss Pro Unitanks to prototype new offerings, refine old recipes, and do what he loves most: brewing great beer!
