Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Free Shipping

Free Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, we are striving for same day shipping!

Free Shipping is only available to the lower 48 states

Orders are shipped via either UPS / FedEx Ground  or USPS and are not available to ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses


Regular Ground Shipments

Ss Brewtech will normally process orders for shipment within 2-3 business days (M-F) from receipt of your order.  

For items like fermenters, kettles, etc we only offer ground shipping service through UPS / Fedex.  Our products are typically very large and bulky anyway (fermenters for example), so expedited services will get extremely expensive in a hurry!   For smaller items (accessories mostly) we may choose to ship those via USPS.


International Shipments

We are not yet set up to handle shipments outside the USA.  If you are a potential distributor or interested in buying full container quantities of our products, please click here.


Alaska and Hawaii

We are no longer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska unless it is for an existing customer that needs parts or support.   Please try if you are in either HI/AK and would like to buy our gear.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  


Product Returns

If you have ordered the wrong item, got a gift you don't need or want, or just otherwise have a non-defective unit(s) for return, you may, within 30 days from the original purchase date, return UNUSED items for a refund of the original purchase price (minus return shipping and a 10% restocking fee).

To be eligible for return, ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.   Original packaging insures that we can resell the returned item and prevents the item from becoming damaged during return shipping.  Used items will only be accepted on return if they clearly fall under warranty guidelines for a manufacturing defect.
In the event of a shipment error or an item damaged in shipping, Ss Brewtech will replace the item and bear responsibility for the cost of shipping.  Please notify us of any damage within 7 days of receiving the item.
NEVER return defective or damaged items without contacting us first and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA, get warranty support, or to report shipping damage, please contact us by creating a ticket in our Zendesk help center.

Product Exchanges

To exchange an item, the item(s) returned for exchange need to be UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  Please repackage all items the way in which you received them since products can be easily damaged in transit if not packaged correctly.
If you want to exchange an item (for example you want to return a 7 gallon Chronical for a Half Barrel), please send create a ticket on our Zendesk help center and give us your full name and order number.  Then indicate which item(s) you would like to exchange.
We will then send you an RMA and depending on the circumstance maybe a return label(s) via email that you will need to print out and stick on your package (on top of the original label).
Once we get your unit back to our warehouse and check it in, we will issue a credit to your original payment method (credit card or Paypal) in the amount of your original purchase price minus the shipping charge(s) for your original item(s) back to us and minus a 10% restocking / handling fee. 
Lastly, the new item can be ordered directly on our website by making a new purchase.
