With that base, our engineers integrated new components such as an Hard Plumbed Automated Filling Process, Integrated Transfer Pump, Dry Fire Sensor, and Overflow Sensor.

Taking cues from our FTSs Pro Touch Controller, the HLT Touch Controller uses the same touch screen we developed in-house for our Pro Brewhouses.
In addition to the touch screen, the Controller also features hardware buttons for On/Off, Element Emergency Stop, and a switch to activate the Chugger Pump for transfers or optional recirculation.
Taking cues from our FTSs Pro Touch Controller, the HLT Touch Controller uses the same touch screen we developed in-house for our Pro Brewhouses.

Instead of incorporating a cumbersome off-the-shelf manway, we took another cue from our Nano Jacketed Unitanks and Brite Tanks and incorporated a large TC Lid and our own proprietary TC lid cap and gasket system that prevents the gasket from inadvertently falling into the tank when removing the lid cap. When the HLT needs to be cleaned, you can simply remove the TC Condensate Lid, and replace it with our 3" CIP Sprayball.
