Stadium Pizza is arguably Temecula Valley's favorite pizza joint, and a few years back the began to brew their own beer! Back then they were brewing on a small 3 bbl system out of their Wildomar, CA restaurant. The beer has been incredibly well received, to the point where the 3bbl system was no longer keeping up.
When it came time to open up their new Lake Elsinore restaurant they knew they needed to up their capacity. A 10 bbl 2 vessel system will be the backbone of the new brewing op and will be capable of providing Stadium beers to the other franchises around the valley.
