eKettle 2.0 builds on everything that made the original great and now it's compatible with the new Brew Basket.
Our Halo Elements have proven themselves over countless brew days. Crafted from Incoloy 800 alloy, these custom low watt density elements are custom sized to the corresponding kettle volume to provide consistent and even heating while also allowing for a more effective whirlpool and trub cone formation.
Available in 10 and 20 gallon sizes, both configurations are engineered to maximize a standard 240 VAC, 30 amp residential circuit for fast ramp times. Fully welded TC fittings, a TC ball valve paired with our classic trub dam, an integrated PT100 temperature probe, and a front-to-back handle orientation round out a kettle built for the serious brewer.
eKettle 2.0 is now designed to be compatible with the eKettle Mash Basket, enabling Brew in a Basket methods. With a slight redesign and the addition of Mash Basket Mounts, you can easily switch back and forth from BIAB to standard mash.

By popular demand, we're introducing a Brew Basket for our eKettles. Inspired directly by the SVBS, the Brew Basket uses a precision photochemical etch to achieve a fine mesh that is perfect for mash filtration.
We added a 3/4" TC bulkhead to the top of the Brew Basket to allow for Brew Recirculation or Sparging from a seperate eKettle. The eKettle 2.0 and BrewBasket feature a set of sturdy mounts to allow the basket to hang over the kettle while draining.
