Jacketed cooling offers a range of advantages, a design choice we’ve incorporated into our professional tanks for years. Recently, we applied this engineering to Unitank 2.0, which has been very well received by brewers. With Brite Tank 2.0, we are excited to bring those benefits beyond the fermenter.
When used with the FTSs Touch system and Ss Glycol Chillers, Brite Tank 2.0 delivers exceptional temperature control for the maturation and carbonation stages. The expanded cooling surface area also enables efficient crash cooling, even in more challenging environments.
Transitioning to jacketed cooling also simplifies the cleaning process by eliminating the coil. Paired with the Ss Brewtech CIP ball, cleaning can be executed to the same standard as in professional craft breweries.

Brewers can use the included Carbonation Stone and TC Pressure Gauge to force carbonate their beer in under 24 hours Once the beer is carbonated, you can take advantage of a sanitary closed and pressurized transfer to your keg, bottles, or cans via the lower drain arm and TC Butterfly Valve.
And of course, we include our pro-grade sanitary sample valve so you can pull samples for quality control at any time you please.
