An Evolution in eBrewing

An Evolution in eBrewing

Inspired by SVBS, eBrewing 2.0 is designed from the ground up to be modular and easy to use, slotting seamlessly into our ecosystem alongside Brew Cube and the Ss Brew Pump. From a reimagined eController, to a redesigned eKettle, and even a brand new Brew Basket, it's a complete system built to perform just as you want it. To us, that’s Engineering Better Beer.

eController 2.0

eController 2.0

Instead of 3 separate controller designs, eController 2.0 is a modular control box that houses the electrical components. For each heated vessel in your system, you can pair an eController 2.0 to power it. This allows for easy expansion depending on the brewers needs. If you start with a 1V setup and want to upgrade to a 2V or 3V down the road, instead of replacing any of your current gear, you can simply add additional eController 2.0's.

Touch Screen Controls

Touch Screen Controls

With the success of our Touch Screen Control Interface for FTSs Touch and SVBS, it seemed like a no-brainer to bring it to our eController 2.0. The Touch Screen houses the controls for an individual eKettle 2.0. With a Mash function powered by precise PID programming and a Boil function that allows the brewer to fine tune the element power, this new control interface packs a lot of power and is easy to use.

And much like our other Touch Screen Controls, it's easy to reset and has the ability for software updates down the road.

A Brew Cube's Best Friend

A Brew Cube's Best Friend

Brew Cubes have been super popular with brewers so we knew they had to be a part of eBrewing 2.0. We designed the eController 2.0 to mount directly to our Brew Cube Modular Brew Stands in a way that keeps your system footprint tight and compact while allowing for easy access to controls and cables.

Brew Cube allows you to mount a Brew Pump directly below your kettle for easy wort recirculation. Plus there are many other accessories you can outfit your Brew Cube with to help you feel just like a pro on brew day.

eKettle 2.0

eKettle 2.0 is now designed to be compatible with the eKettle Mash Basket, enabling Brew in a Basket methods. With a slight redesign and the addition of Mash Basket Mounts, you can easily switch back and forth from BIAB to standard mash.

Brew Basket

Brew Basket

By popular demand, we're introducing a Brew Basket for our eKettles. Inspired directly by the SVBS, the Brew Basket uses a precision photochemical etch to achieve a fine mesh that is perfect for mash filtration.

We added a 3/4" TC bulkhead to the top of the Brew Basket to allow for Brew Recirculation or Sparging from a seperate eKettle. The eKettle 2.0 and BrewBasket feature a set of sturdy mounts to allow the basket to hang over the kettle while draining.

SSVR Power

SSVR Power

In a traditional brewing controller equipped with a SSR (Solid State Relay), power is oscillated between 0% and 100%, generally many times within the span of a single second. The unfortunate side affect of this method is that it can increase the risk of scorching or unintended temperature swings. The eController 2.0 is designed around a professional-grade SSVR (Solid State Voltage Regulator), that uses the industrial 4-20mA current loop standard. This allows voltage to be controlled both granularly and proportionally to the percentage output of the PID controller.
