Prices and payments will be in United States dollars, and payment shall be made in United States currency. Payment terms include a 50% down payment to reserve and/or release equipment into production, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the first day of the Estimated Freight Ready Date Window. Equipment designated as "In Stock - Ready to Ship" requires payment in full upon the execution of this agreement.
All payments should be remitted via Check or Wire.

Down payment or payment in full must be received within 7 business days of the execution of this agreement. Failure to remit payment within this timeframe may result in a change in availability, pricing, and/or estimated lead time.
A request for final payment to be remitted will be issued 30 days prior to the first day of the Estimated Freight Ready Date Window provided. In the event payments are not made in a timely manner, Seller may, in addition to all other remedies provided by law, after adequate notice to Buyer either: (1) withhold 10% of the total equipment expenses contained in the Product Specifications and Pricing table of this Agreement from the Buyer's down payment; (2) declare Buyer’s performance in breach and terminate this Agreement for default; (3) repossess the goods for which payment has not been made; (4) withhold future shipments under this order until delinquent payments are made; (5) recover all costs of collection including reasonable attorney’s fees; and (6) at Seller’s option combine any of the above rights and remedies as provided by law.

Ss Brewtech provides a two year limited warranty to the original purchaser that our product(s) will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. The limited warranty covers only those defects and/or product failures that arise as a result of normal use, and does not cover any problems that originate from:
Ss Brewtech reserves the right to request the original purchaser to return the defective item, at the purchaser's expense, before processing the warranty claim and issuing a replacement. If a direct replacement is no longer available, a product that serves the same purpose with equal or greater value shall be awarded. Ss Brewtech, at its discretion may also opt to simply refund the full purchase price in lieu of replacing the product.
Ss Brewtech limited warranty is only applicable to customer-direct sales of commercial brewing equipment. Claims that materialize from products manufactured by Ss Brewtech, that are sold by another retailer, should be processed by the original retailer.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE LIABILITY OF SS BREWTECH FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS AS SET FORTH ABOVE.
The Buyer shall inspect and accept, or reject products delivered pursuant to this Agreement at the Seller’s facility prior to delivery to Buyer's carrier. In the event the products do not comply with the applicable Seller drawings or specifications, the Buyer shall notify the Seller of such nonconformance and give the Seller a reasonable opportunity to correct any such nonconformance.
Buyer may inspect Seller’s product at Seller’s facility, any such inspection shall be conducted with reasonable prior notice by Buyer to Seller and at reasonable times, on a non-interference basis, and such inspection shall not include the right to establish mandatory inspection points or enter proprietary or competition-sensitive areas of Seller’s facility.
A startup service is recommended from Seller’s technicians at an additional cost and this service consists of making initial adjustments and training the equipment operators. No startup service will be provided unless this is indicated on the front of the contract along with its costs. Start-up and training service is available at the rate included on Buyer's quote.
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SS BREWTECH EXPRESSLY ASSUMES LIABILITY HEREIN, SS BREWTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES FROM ANY CAUSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. DAMAGES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFIT, AND LOSS OF GOOD WILL ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, MATERIALS OR SERVICES PURCHASED FROM SS BREWTECH, EVEN IF SS BREWTECH OR A SS BREWTECH AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND DESPITE ANY FAILURE BY SS BREWTECH TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT.
