Ss Brewtech has been acquired by Middleby (MIDD), a major manufacturer of commercial and residential food processing equipment with over 90 global brands under their umbrella.
Ss Brewtech will continue to operate as an autonomous business unit dedicated to the craft and home beverage markets.
